Peggy O'Neill Smith
Peggy O'Neill Smith is a licensed Esthetician who continually educates
herself by attending courses pertaining to skin care, and the latest
technology and procedures available in the beauty industry. Prior
to opening her own business, she worked at several upscale full-service
salons in Newport Beach where she was able to hone her skills and
build her clientele.
